STRENGTHS

  • He possesses ideal size…with a thick strong athletic build to his frame…he displays a NFL tailored style of play as collegiate…showing legit plug & play performance
  • He was a very much an underutilized weapon during his collegiate career…providing a higher ceiling towards the future
  • He displays an effectiveness finding open holes when plays break down for his QB…consistently making himself a viable option…displaying a good football IQ
  • His game reminds me of a smaller…faster “Brandon Marshall” in that he is so effective at utilizing his size and physical mentality to his advantage over majority of defenders
  • He possesses a strong set of hands…able to consistently catch balls away from his body frame…even after defenders swipe at
  • He frequently displays ability to catch targets without losing concentration after hard contact…and not shying away from catching balls in traffic or from oncoming contact from defenders
  • He maintains a fluid stride catching balls downfield outside the box…which is rare for a WR his size
  • After the catch he quickly transitions upfield gaining valuable yardage…displaying the ability to consistently break tackles and end pass plays leaning forward after last contact
  • He shows a willingness & physical toughness blocking for the ground game…and again provides toughness and added value as an accomplished special teamer covering kicks

WEAKNESSES

  • Raw route runner…limited route tree as a collegiate

MY VALUE BOARD

1st Round (20 and Down)

SUMMARY

  • He is in a tie with Martavis Bryant as my #1/WR. He is without a doubt a player who can come in and start for the majority of NFL teams across the league…and eventually establishing himself as their #1/WR as a Plug-N-Play prospect.
