STRENGTHS
- He is listed at WR…but feel his best position projecting to the next level will be at MB…in summary the multi-back is a somewhat non-traditional positional player who works best in space…and can receive the ball in many facets throughout the course of game…Cleveland is the very definition of the position!
- There are advertised speed guys that don’t measure up once their on the field with pads…but this prospect here is the REAL deal
- He is an explosive weapon who can break the game open at any time…who whenever he touches the ball seems as though he is running at a different speed than everyone else on the field
- He possesses such first step…short area…and long speed explosion…with such suddenness in change of direction…consistently keeping defenders off balance unlike many at the collegiate level
- He displays excellent body adjustment to balls thrown his direction outside the normal catch radius…which is normally difficult for more undersized pass catchers
- He displays the ability to consistently high point passes all the while maintaining good balance…and still coming down with the ball gaining additional yardage
- He displays more power than his size would indicate…which frequently results in him gaining additional yards after contact
- After the catch is where defenses need to be most fearful…once he is let loose in space is where the excitement begins!
- As a punt returner he displays excellent instincts…frequently allowing him to avoid would be tacklers on his way to gaining those hidden yards most cant…and this area of his game also provides additional value moving forward to the next level
WEAKNESSES
- Like to see improved elusiveness avoiding defenders with the package of natural gifts he possesses
- Additional weight gain would take his game to another level
- Needs to become more elusive taking on oncoming contact from defenders…which would assist on cutting down on potential durability concerns with his lack of ideal size

SUMMARY
- There is no question before this prospects collegiate career has ended…that he will be known by the entire country…unlike now in the upcoming 2017/18 CFB season
